It is easy. Once you have accessed the site:

1. You can register by clicking the “Join for Free” button on the home page or go to the Registration option in the upper menu.
2. Complete the registration form by filling in all requested fields. Click Register.
3. You will receive a mail (please check your spam folder) to authenticate your mail.
4. Please click on the link in this mail.
5. Once you have confirmed your email, you are now registered with us!

No worries. Just go to any 3M invoice and search for it in your customer information at the top of it. Your account number will be the number after your country code. For example, if your country is UK, your account number will be the one after 05-123456. If you cannot find it, just contact your 3M sales representative, or email us at 3m.orthodontics.EMEA@mmm.com

3. Complete your username (this is the email address you have registered with) and your password and click Let´s go.
4. You are already in!

No problem. Once you have accessed the site:

1. Go to the Forgot password option in the home page.
2. A new window will pop up where you can enter your username; this is the email address you registered with.
3. You will receive a mail (please check your spam folder) to reset your password.
4. Please click on the link in this mail.
5. Include your new password, confirm and this is all!

Just a few steps. Once you have logged in:

1. Go to the Profile option in the upper menu.
2. Click on the “Change Password” button at the end of the page.
3. A new window will pop up where you need to enter your current password and the new one.
4. Save and you are done!

No problem. We will do it for you.

Just contact your 3M sales representative or email us at 3m.orthodontics.EMEA@mmm.com including the following information:

1. 3M Account number.
2. Current email address you used for registration.
3. New email address you want to use.

We will confirm with you when we are done.
